A Tennessee Thanksgiving...

We just got back from a great Thanksgiving in Tennessee. We have so much to be thankful for this year. Two healthy, happy boys and being able to spend Thanksgiving together this year.

Garrett and Ty are growing up so fast. Ty will be 3 months old on the 30th! Garrett just had his 3 year checkup and he is 36 pounds and 38 inches tall. He is in the 83% percentile for weight and 53% percentile for height. Its amazing the conversations that we have these days! He had a great time in Tennessee and enjoyed playing with his cousins Jackson and Preston. I'm sure he will always look forward to making the trip just to see them!

Let November Begin...

It is hard to believe that November is here and almost half way gone. Ty is 11 weeks old today! He is getting so big and Garrett has so discovered the 3 year old attitude.

Anyway, more on that later. October ended with sickness in our household. Garrett woke up on Halloween with what we thought was the croup, but I guess was just a really bad cough and fever. So he basically dressed up for a picture and went to two houses to get candy because he cried and asked too, what can you say to the cutest pirate ever :)

Like I said, Ty is 11 weeks old today. It is so hard to believe! He had his 2 month ped. appointment last Monday and weighed 12. 14 and was 23 3/4 inches long. He has almost doubled in weight and has grown over 5 inches since he was born. He is smiling constantly and cooing at us and has laughed once in his sleep. He has outgrown most of his 0-3 month clothes and fits well in the 3-6 month stuff. He is in size 2 diapers already! He is a good baby and definitely loves his Mama and being held. He is still a little mini-Garrett in looks and in sleep. He is a cat napper like Garrett :( He made his second trip to Tennessee last weekend. He is getting a good start on his states, so far he has been to Georgia (of course), Tennessee and Alabama. He still has a way to go to catch up to Garrett's 23.

Oh Christmas Card, Oh Christmas Card

I have used http://shutterfly.com/ for years and orders lots of prints and just recently ordered baby thank you cards and baby announcements. I usually use them because they have lots of promotions and I love a good deal! I had already looked at their Christmas cards for this year. I saw several designs that caught my eye. Now if we could only get our picture made and everybody look pretty. I do have the outfits already to go though :)

I have ordered our Christmas cards from Shutterfly for the past several years and have always been very pleased. They arrive on time and look great. I recently ordered pictures from them and they were lost in the mail, but no problem, I got another set of the prints shipped to me at no addition cost.
