And it begins...

BASEBALL! I took these pictures of Garrett on the day of try-outs. He didn't actually have to try out, but we went thinking that he did. So we went and took a look at the field. He was ready to go for a little while! He is going through a weird attitude, hateful, get my way or the highway (hopefully) phase. Not a fun time!

Anyway, we were forewarned that Georgia baseball was 'intense'. So far, its a little more than I expected. Garrett has to have a color specific uniform. They provide the jersey, but we have to get everything else and that includes black baseball pants, yellow-golden socks and black cleats. I was thinking, really this is T-Ball!

He starts practice on Thursday and will be practicing 3 times a week till season starts and then it goes down to two times a week and a game.

It should be very interesting. The good news is that Garrett's best friend Drake is on his team.

I'll try to keep everyone updated on how the season is going. His first game is March 10th!
